BECOMING A WARDEN

At this time, there is no vacancies to be filled. 

As a volunteer Warden, you are a key part of this self-managed camp.  Typical attributes when considering the selection of a new Warden include:

• An engineer who is proud to be an engineer.

• An engineer who is proud to wear the Iron Ring.

• An engineer who is willing to work for the benefit of Camp No. 14.

• A senior engineer who has achieved a position of responsibility.

• An engineer who has made a contribution to society by working as a volunteer.

• A member in good standing with Professional Engineers Ontario.

• Has availability to attend two (2) ceremonies a year; typically held in March and July.

• Able to dedicate an additional 8 hours a year towards meetings; typically in-person meetings.

Additional considerations include:

• Engineering disciplines not well represented by the group of existing wardens. 

• Areas of employment not well represented by the group of existing wardens.

• Additional underrepresented diversities.
