BECOMING A WARDEN
At this time, there is no vacancies to be filled.
As a volunteer Warden, you are a key part of this self-managed camp. Typical attributes when considering the selection of a new Warden include:
An engineer who is proud to be an engineer.
An engineer who is proud to wear the Iron Ring.
An engineer who is willing to work for the benefit of Camp No. 14.
A senior engineer who has achieved a position of responsibility.
An engineer who has made a contribution to society by working as a volunteer.
A member in good standing with Professional Engineers Ontario.
Has availability to attend two (2) ceremonies a year; typically held in March and July.
Able to dedicate an additional 8 hours a year towards meetings; typically in-person meetings.
Additional considerations include:
Engineering disciplines not well represented by the group of existing wardens.
Areas of employment not well represented by the group of existing wardens.
Additional underrepresented diversities.
